A: Home maintenance reminders are not limited monthly. You can send up to 250 home reminders per year, which is approximately 21 per month. Please plan your use accordingly.

Can I create my own maintenance reminders, or are they all templates?

A: Home Maintenance Genie has created 15 home reminder emails with over 100 basic maintenance tasks to get you started. However, we encourage you to customize these maintenance reminders to fit your home and your needs. Create up to 50 custom email reminders for your home, lawn, cleaning, automobiles, family chores and events, and anything on your to-do list.

How much will a renewal subscription cost?

A: The current renewal rate is $20 for a 12-month subscription, prices subject to change.

How many email addresses can my home maintenance reminders be sent to?

A: Your home maintenance reminder emails can be sent to two email addresses, so that you can divide and conquer your maintenance tasks.

What if I am unsure as to what I should be doing for my home maintenance?

A: Home Maintenance Genie has set up 15 home maintenace reminder emails that include over 100 basic tasks that are formatted and ready to be sent. All you have to do is join and turn on the home reminders that you would like to receive.

Is my contact and payment information secure?

A: Yes. Home Maintenance Genie will not share your information with any third party vendors. Your payment information is stored with PayPal and is not saved on the Home Maintenance Genie website.

What if I do not receive my reminder emails that I have set?

A: Double check to make sure the home maintenace reminder is turned ON. Also verify the dates of the reminder email and the frequency of the home reminder. If this trouble-shooting does not resolve the issue, please contact Support - contact us

I signed up through a daily deal site.How do I make sure my home maintenance reminders and information are not interrupted?

A: After 6 months, you can simply renew your subscription on the Home Maintenance Genie website. Going forward, your credit card will be charged automatically on an annual basis to keep your home maintenance reminders going with no interruptions in service.
