Tim said since they installed the unit we get a 10% discount on all standard maintenance. We paid Bella $250 additional dollars to clean our ducts. They recommend this be repeated every 3 to 4 years. Reminder set for November 2014. Bella recommends that we ask our tax guy to see if we can take advantage of the tax credit offered by installing a 93% energy efficient furnace. Reminder set for March 10,2012.
